General information

Mongolian Castle, resort hotel is located 20 km away from Ulaanbaatar. It is surrounded by natural beauty and fresh river Tuul. Its design is like Mongolian ancient capital city Kharakhorum. There you can see Mongolian nomadic people’s home gers, stone gers with like ancient wooden furnitures, restaurant, beach and a big map where Chinggis Khaan’s invaded countries are noted. Many activities such as weddings, concerts, competitions, parties and meetings are organized there.

How to get there

You can get there by bus, car and taxi. The buses go between Ulaanbaatar and Mongolian castle several times a day.

What to do there

This hotel organized a lot of performances, ceremonies, parties and programmes for Mongolians also Tourists.

Mongolian young people like to come there. Because the river beach opens all sunny days and many parties are held in summer nights.  Here come not only young people but also many tourists and Mongolian famous artists, singers, sportsmen and dancers. So you can there meet many famous people and mongolian’s cute girls and boys.

People come with their visitors to relax and have fun. There are lot of things for relax, such as comfortable hotel rooms also gers, excellent services, experienced and kind workers and delicious meals. Beautiful nature and quite environment can make you relax.

Also they organize short trips around UB and some protected beautiful areas for  visitors and tourists.  For instance, climbing through Bogd Khan mountains, boating among Tuul river, visiting Mongolian nomadic family and 1 or 2 day trips in the Terelj National Park.

Buses go between UB and Mongolian castle every one hour and its cost is 1000 tugrugs for adults and 400tugrugs for children. Taxi 500tugrugs each kilometer and mini buses access 500tugrugs extra. The ger camp is $40-200 per day and it depends on its level and surroundings.
